StAAR Session: Writing Your First College Paper

*Tickets on sale Monday, 8/31 at 10:30am. The name on the ID presented must match the name on the ticket.*

(Undergraduate Students only)

Join the StAAR Center for one of the following presentations: Writing your First College Paper, Managing Your Time in College, or Study Strategies for College Success. Each new student is required to attend one session and should register only during their assigned Orientation group time:

• Group D: 9AM - 10AM
• Group B: 10AM - 11AM
• Group C: 11AM - 12PM
• Group A: 12PM - 1PM

Writing Your First College Paper

Whether writing is your passion, or you avoid it at all costs, you’ll probably write a paper at Tufts! In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore what to expect when writing your first paper, strategies for writing in different disciplines, and how to keep developing as a writer throughout your college experience.

Please note: Students should sign up for one session only. If interested in taking another session, please email ocl@tufts.edu with the additional session and time you are interested in taking. Should there be room to add you, we will contact you directly.
